We have a WINNER! (for our Melt Pot Pendants Giveaway)

Hello and Happy Sunday Evening.

I hope your weekend has been, and is still being, peaceful, loving, and kinda snuggly.

We had 9 entries in the Melt Pot Pendants Give-away, and I allocated a number to each person, in the order of entry.  So eg:  1 – to Debra K.  2 – to Lil Goodacre.  3 – to Sharon Alison Butt.,  etc.

I used (this time) Google’s own Random Number Generator and asked it to pick me a winner from all of the 9 entries.  [Drumroll begins in the background]

I’ve taken a screenshot of what happened next, and I post it here to announce the winner. . .  [drumroll gets louder]

AND THE WINNER IS . . .
[drumroll so loud it’s burst my ear drum!]

Number 4 . . .  FLORENCE!

Many Congratulations Florence.  😀

Tell me in a comment below, and then we’ll sort out privately where I’m to send it to.

Many Congratulations Florence, I’m absolutely thrilled for you.

Author: The Art of Cobwebs - aka:- thecobweboriumemporium

Hello. I'm 'Cobwebs'. I live in a wee little cottage in the South of England, aptly called Cobweb Cottage. This little dwelling really is a cobweb factory. Not inside (well, occasionally) - but outside - flipping heck! This information should give you a clue as to why my blog is called The Art of Cobwebs aka: The Cobweborium Emporium. I've been arty and crafty from a very young age, and although my crafts have sometimes turned a corner and taken me in another direction, I've always crafted in some way, shape or form. One day, in the blink of an eye, life changed somewhat for me and the consequences were many. I had to find a new way of being 'artistic'. Card making; scrap-booking; producing ATC's and ACEO's; needle felting; Polymer clay; painting- but in a more relaxed style than I had before, and sewing, - are all things which I visit, as and when life allows. I've fairy recently become a Textile Artist and am enjoying this new creative outlet very much as it offers me so much scope for letting my imagination run through a grassy field and feel the wind in my hair - (mentally, of course). I love to create. To make things. I truthfully believe that the best gifts in the world are those in which you've given your time, rather than your cash. Thank you so much for visiting. Please visit my blog (link below) and have a look around. I'm sure you'll find something to enjoy, even if it's only a handful of jokes! (yes, seriously - there really are jokes!) Wishing you a truly blessed rest of your day! ~ Cobs. <3

  1. Congrats to Florence! It will be a very difficult choice I’m sure. I definitely agree that it may be time to do a give away on my blog Cobs, so I am off to have a real good think about what I shall do…….:)

    1. Hello Kim.
Do you know .. I tried to work out what I’d said which had made you think I was saying that you should do a giveaway on your blog, and I couldn’t. I read my post three times and couldn’t see it. I’ve come back today and read it again and I THINK I can see where you might have thought I was saying you should do it.

I said:- Maybe it will be your turn next time we do a Give-away!” . . . is that where you thought I was being the bossy old ‘bovine’ saying you should do a giveaway? I wasn’t. I really wasn’t.

What I was saying was: Maybe it will be your turn [TO WIN] next time we (I) do a Give-away.

The “we” was the collective ‘we’ – as in me and all the lovely people who follow me – who I call ‘The Team’. 🙂

I honestly wouldn’t ever dream tell anyone that they should do a give-away on their blog. Heckaroonie – noooo. Never.
And I’m so sad you took it to mean that. :/

Anyway … glad we got it sorted out. 😀

      1. Hi Cobs. Sorry if you thought l was being told to do it…..not at all. You inspired me to think outside the box and as l don’t advertise what l make l thought it would be great to make someone smile and encourage readers to my blog. You are always an inspiration to me! 😁

    1. Aw shucks … I just like to make people smile, and have a bit of fun with everyone. This blog would just be me yacking into thin air if there wasn’t The Team (of followers) who help me to chat away to them. A bit of a give-away from a hobby is just something which I love doing and my way of us all getting together for a bit of a giggle.

Bit like a Bingo Night Raffle. 😀 aww… what fun would that be Ruthie… us all, sitting there on Bingo Night with our Raffle Tickets clutched in our hands and wishing hard for our number to be called out! 🙂

  3. They are all totally gorgeous. It is so hard to choose. If it is ok with you Cobs, would it be possible for the little blue triangle one. You can’t see me but I am doing a little dance on the chair…well it is more of a wriggle really!!!! he he. Thank you so much.

    1. Of course it’s ok to choose the little blue triangle. Which chain would you prefer? The ball chain (which you can see in the photos) or an oval link chain, in a vintage style to match the pendant? AND … how long would you like me to make it. Feel free to choose what you would like.

Since you’ve chosen the smaller of the triangles, you might want to wear that a little higher up. But … having said that, it would look just as great hanging lower. So the decision is yours. What length and which chain – ball or oval link?

Many Congratulations Florence. I’m absolutely thrilled to pieces for you. I was beginning to think you weren’t going to ever win something! LOL
